Care Home Manager - Residential Norwich Area
55,000 per Annum + Excellent PRP

Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Job Type: Permanent Full-time

PSR Solutions are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established care provider to recruit an experienced Home Manager for a warm, well-established medium sized residential care home set in the charming Norfolk countryside.

Role:

As Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of the home. This includes ensuring full CQC compliance, maintaining high standards of care, and achieving commercial targets such as occupancy and budget control.

You'll lead a strong internal team including a Deputy Manager, Senior Carers, and an Administrator, supported externally by central operations and quality teams. Your leadership will span all functions-from care delivery to facilities management-ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive CQC compliance and quality care standards
  • Lead, manage and motivate staff teams
  • Maintain occupancy and manage budgets effectively
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners
  • Promote the home through marketing and local engagement

Skills:

  • Proven experience - 3+ years - as a Registered Manager in a medium to large sized care home setting
  • Strong knowledge of CQC frameworks, ideally with 'Good' or 'Outstanding' outcomes
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to lead teams to deliver on KPIs - driving full occupancy
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • Confident communicator - maintaining good working relationships with colleagues, regulators and families
