Job Title: Group Delivery & Transformation Lead
Location: Poringland, Norfolk (with travel as required)
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday between 08:00 – 18:00
The successful candidate will be required to be flexible to accommodate the needs of the role, including evenings, weekends.

About YouAs our Group Delivery & Transformation Lead you will be responsible leading the development, implementation, and launch of new ventures and strategic initiatives across the JMR Healthcare Group. You will act as a strategic role model across the organisation and promote a culture aligned with our values;

With experience in delivering complex projects, launching new services/ business units, commercial awareness and ability to understand financial modelling and business planning, you will be confident in influencing senior stakeholders and working successfully across multiple functional teams. To succeed in the role, you will need to have strong organisational and programme management capability, and be passionate about delivering safe, person-centred services and committed to continuous improvement.
Requirements- Demonstrable experience delivering complex projects or launching new services/business units.
- Experience operating within regulated environments (healthcare or similar sectors desirable).
- Strong organisational and programme management capability.
- Ability to influence and coordinate senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Commercial awareness and ability to understand financial modelling and business planning.
- Evidence of successfully working across multiple functional teams.
