M. Full‑time, 37 hours per week. Salary: £56,912 to £62,618 per annum. Permanent contract.

• Oversee Norfolk and Waveney’s Integrated Community Equipment Service and Norfolk County Council’s Technology Enabled Care offer.
• Lead the design and delivery of strategic and transformation initiatives to prevent, reduce and delay the need for health and social care interventions, including through effective use of community equipment and technology.
• Manage implementation of key commissioning strategies at Norfolk, working with Adult Social Care teams and partners across health, care and other organisations in Norfolk and Waveney.

• Strong experience managing complex commissioning projects.
• Ability to create and manage a successful partnership environment.
