The Role:

This role is for a Construction & Facilities Project Managersomeone ambitious and ready to make an impact. Youll be results-oriented and driven to succeed. Youll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
Managing all allocated projects in compliance with the Project Delivery Process. Managing the delivery of Client requirements and their transformation into a built environment. The Individual Were looking for people who can show:
Construction contract management Leading project through RIBA Plan of Works stages Facilities Management / Construction environment especially statutory compliance such as Building Regulations, CDM and planning HNC Qualification or higher in the relevant Construction or FM field is desirable The Benefits:
