Mechanical Project Manager - Major Projects Data Centres, Life Sciences & Education Based in Norwich An established and highly respected building services contractor is launching a new regional division focused on delivering projects across Norwich and the surrounding areas and is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to play a key role in its growth and success. The new division will focus on technically challenging projects within the Data Centre, Life Sciences, and Education sectors, offering the opportunity to become part of an exciting growth strategy from the outset.

The business has grown steadily to a turnover of approximately £50m, with clear plans to exceed £75m over the coming years. More than 80% of work is secured through repeat business, reflecting strong client relationships and a reputation for delivering high-quality projects. The company also forms part of a major UK construction group with a turnover exceeding £1 billion, providing long-term stability, investment, and career development opportunities.

The Role You will take the mechanical lead on projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
