The Ministry of Justice is seeking a Team Leader based in Norwich to oversee a dedicated team in delivering high-quality administrative support and customer service. Team Leaders will prioritize and manage workloads, ensuring objectives are met while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
This position is on a Fixed Term contract for up to 12 months and requires at least 60% office attendance. The role includes two Saturday shifts per month and possible travel to other courts for cover.
