Cadeler is a global partner in the offshore wind industry, specializing in wind farm construction and maintenance. We are seeking a Vessel Manager to manage day‑to‑day activities and ensure high operational availability.

• Demonstrate clear leadership in promoting safety, compliance, and environmental protection.
• Plan, submit, and manage assigned vessel budgets and significant expenditure authorisations.
• Develop and maintain relevant procedures of the company’s management system and fleet/vessel‑specific documentation in accordance with statutory requirements and industry guidelines.
• Support marine and technical investigations when required and define corrective action plans in cooperation with relevant parties.
• Work in close cooperation with Marine HR on all matters related to crewing of the designated vessel(s), including recruitment, appraisals, personal development plans, and promotions.

• Experience with in similar vessel operations, marine or offshore discipline preferred.
• Experience in marine/offshore/construction operations.
• Experience in Wind Turbine Installation Vessel (WTIV) operations desirable.
• Experience in technical budgeting and management thereof.
• Experience in leadership and/or supervisory role(s).
• Proficiency in computer software skills, including MS Office applications.
• Fluent in written and oral English.
