Sanctuary Supported Living in the East region seeks a Regional Head of Operations to oversee housing-related support across Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Kent and parts of London, with travel to Worcester. The role leads service strategy, governance, and frontline performance to deliver high-quality care and sustainable services.
The position is 37.5 hours per week and requires extensive leadership experience in supported living, including tenancy management and sustainability.
