Boots is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a front-line team, delivering great customer care and safe, compliant pharmacy services. You’ll balance people, performance and operations while shaping the store experience and driving strong commercial results.
You’ll coach and develop colleagues, plan rotas, manage performance, and own day-to-day running of the store. A UK NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent is preferred, with opportunities to grow into broader leadership roles.
