In this role you will be overseeing a team of 10 on the shop floor to ensure smooth running of production.

You will be reporting to the Production Manager and handling issues involving quality, cost, and personnel. Founded nearly 40 years ago, this manufacturer supplies their specialist products into industries such as aerospace, automotive, and medical, with trusted clients across the globe. They have experienced unprecedented growth over recent years and have a clear direction for the future with a new site opened recently.

This role would suit a Production Team Leader, Supervisor or similar looking to join a company for the long-term, where they will be looked after with great benefits and an excellent culture.

The Role:

Overseeing production on the shop floor Supervising a team of Production Operatives Handling issues surrounding personnel, delivery or cost Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm, finish at 3:30pm on Friday
