Job Title: Welder Fabricator
Location: Norwich
We are seeking skilled individuals to join our client, a company specialising in the production of structural steel frames and associated steelwork for the construction industry.
Job Specifications Requirements- At least 3 years of fabrication experience.
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
- Reliable transportation due to the company's location.
- Candidates must provide their own PPE for the weld test; full PPE will be provided upon employment.
- Skilled in fabricating and welding (MIG) single/multi-fillet, butt, and tube on plate welds using MAG 135 according to BS EN ISO 9606-1:2013 standards.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision based on engineering drawings and arrangements.
- Experience working as part of a production team.
- Dependable with good timekeeping skills.
- Fabricating, preparing components, and welding structural mild steel metalwork.
- 6 months
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (8 hours per day with a 30-minute lunch break).
- Starting at £16 per hour (PAYE).
