Shift Manager

Position: Shift Manager (Permanent)
Shift Manager/ Norwich/ Permanent – salary £35-40K per annum

Position 1 Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing company based in Norwich, who are looking to appoint a Shift Manager to lead and support their PM shift. The Role

As Shift Manager, you will work closely with the Production Manager while bringing your own leadership style and ideas to help drive performance, efficiency, and team engagement on the PM shift.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, motivate, and manage the PM shift team to achieve production targets

* Work collaboratively with the Production Manager to continuously improve processes

* Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are consistently met

* Identify and resolve operational issues in a proactive and timely manner

About You

* Background in manufacturing or a fast-moving goods environment

* Hands-on experience managing and developing production teams

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

* Methodical, well-organised, and proactive approach
