The Timber Component Preparer / Spray Finisher Role Working within a busy finishing department, youll play an important part in preparing and finishing high-quality bespoke furniture components to exacting standards.

Duties will include:
Spray finishing furniture components using 2-pack paint and lacquer systems Sanding and preparing timber, veneer and MDF components Assembling furniture units and finished products Working from technical drawings and production instructions Ensuring all work meets high quality and finish standards Supporting production schedules and overtime requirements when needed

Experience using spray equipment and sanding tools within a finishing or manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset Ability to follow technical instructions and specifications Good teamwork and communication skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn Trainee Applications Welcome Trainees or candidates with transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
