Working closely with our Technical Manager, you'll be at the heart of our quality operation — carrying out routine checks on the production line, inspecting incoming materials, conducting product testing, and keeping our quality records accurate and up to date. Day to day, you'll be monitoring temperatures, running swabbing programmes, preparing samples for customer submissions and external labs, and supporting the team with technical documentation and specifications.

It's a varied, hands-on role that touches every part of the business — from the factory floor to customer-facing technical systems.

You'll need a keen eye for detail, solid organisational skills, and the confidence to work both independently and as part of a busy team. Good communication skills and basic IT literacy (Microsoft Office) are essential. Any experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, or food safety systems such as HACCP or GMP would be a real advantage — but it's not essential, and full training will be provided.
