Food Production Operative

P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a Food Production Operative to join their team based in Norwich on a full-time, temporary basis.

Main Responsibilities:

* Operate production machinery and equipment safely and correctly

* Prepare, weigh, and handle ingredients according to recipes and procedures

* Work on production lines packing, assembling, or processing food products

* Carry out basic quality checks during production

* Follow strict hygiene, food safety, and health & safety procedures (e.g. HACCP)

* Clean down equipment and maintain a tidy work area

* Report faults, shortages, or quality issues to supervisors

Person Specification:

* Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures

* Good attention to detail

* Basic numeracy and literacy

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

* Previous factory or food experience is helpful but not essential

Working Hours:

* Full-time

* Possibilities of over-time
