Valeo Foods UK is seeking a diligent Machine Minder to join our production team in Norwich. You will monitor and maintain production lines, troubleshoot machinery, and drive KPI performance across safety, quality and efficiency.
The role operates 7 am–7 pm and 7 pm–7 am on a 3-on/3-off rotation, providing exposure to both day and night shifts. We value hands-on problem solving, strong leadership, and a collaborative approach to continuous improvement.
