JCB is seeking skilled MIG Welders for on-site positions in Staffordshire. The role involves MIG welding on mild steel in a fast-paced environment, with tests on-site and shift flexibility including days and nights. A favourable starting hourly rate of £17.94 is offered, with higher nights and overtime premiums.
Ideal candidates will read welding drawings, maintain high accuracy, and have good timekeeping. Training and test assessments will be conducted on-site at the client facility.
