Select Appointments in Norwich is seeking an experienced Production Manager to own manufacturing operations in a fast-growing electrical engineering environment. The role covers leadership of a multi-discipline production team, from planning through to FATs, with a focus on quality, safety and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will manage production planning, scheduling, cost control and KPI delivery, while mentoring staff and driving Lean practices across the shop floor.
