Due to continued growth and investment in our production capabilities, we are looking for motivated and reliable Extrusion Technicians to join our expanding team.

As an Extrusion Technician, you'll play a vital role in operating and maintaining extrusion lines, ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot extrusion production lines to required specifications
• Ensure products are introduced into production within agreed time frames
• Carry out quality inspections and sign-off to ensure products meet required standards
• Support the control and consistency of manufacturing processes for finished and semi-finished goods
• Work closely with production management to identify and implement process improvements
• Proactively identify health, safety, and environmental risks, supporting actions to eliminate or reduce them
