Machine minders

Kingdom People are recruiting for several Machine Minders to work at one of our client’s sites in Norwich (NR5). The customer is a leading food manufacturer (Crisps) that operates in ambient environment.

This role supports the Shift Manager and Team Leaders in running an efficient, high-performing production area, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Full time hours

3 days on 3 days off DAY Shift or 3 days on 3 days off 4 days on 4 days off NIGHT shift patterns

07:00 – 19:00 - 19:00 - 07:00

£14.00 up to £17.73 per hour basic rate depending on the experience.

Previous food production experience is required but not esential, as training is provided.

Temporary to permanent available after minimum 12 weeks

• Strip down, clean, and set up machines as required

Production Operatives ideally need to fulfil the following requirements:

Be able to work 12hr shift

Good communication in English (written and spoken)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
