Assembly Technician

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Assembly Technician on behalf of our client based in Witham on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will join a growing engineering and manufacturing business, assembling premium components and modules for some of the world's most prestigious luxury automotive brands. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly skilled team producing components for ultra-exclusive vehicle programmes in a modern engineering environment.

Roles & Responsibilities Assemble products to the required quality standards and production timescales. Read and interpret manufacturing documentation to complete assembly tasks independently. Identify and report any manufacturing defects during the assembly process. Ensure all products meet the required quality standards before completion. Prioritise workloads effectively and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner. Support other production activities when required, including packing finished goods and assisting within the assembly department.

Skills & Qualifications Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to follow technical instructions and manufacturing documentation. Reliable with a strong work ethic. Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Flexible approach to supporting production requirements. Hours Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm Overtime Overtime is available following the successful completion of the probation period, subject to business requirements.
