Precision Production Technician Build Skills. Learn a Trade. Create Something You're Proud Of. We're looking for people with a positive attitude to join a specialist manufacturing team producing high-precision products using advanced equipment and modern production techniques. No previous experience is required.

If you're willing to learn, we'll provide all the training and support you need to become a skilled technician. The Opportunity This is a hands-on role where you'll work as part of a close-knit team in a clean, modern manufacturing environment. You'll develop technical skills, operate specialist equipment and play an important part in delivering products that meet exacting quality standards.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Setting up and operating production machinery. Following technical work instructions and manufacturing procedures. Monitoring product quality throughout the production process. Recording production information accurately. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety. Working with colleagues to achieve production goals and deadlines.

We're Looking For People Who Enjoy practical, hands-on work. Are dependable and punctual. Have a keen eye for detail. Take pride in producing work to a high standard. Are eager to develop new technical skills. Work well as part of a team. Experience isn't essential - your attitude, commitment and willingness to learn are far more important.
