Pitney Farm Market Garden is seeking an Assistant Grower to help manage organic vegetable production across the field, tunnels, pack shed and deliveries. You will work with a small team under the head growers, handling propagation, husbandry, harvesting and post-harvest tasks.
This fixed-term role (1 year) offers on-site accommodation in a caravan, 4 days a week Mar–Oct and 3 days a week Oct–Mar, with potential for ongoing work for the right candidate.
