Job Title: Injection Mould Supervisor (Night Shift)

Shift: 17:45 to 06:00

Location: Cambridgeshire

Salary: £47,0000 (plus attendance bonus- up to £49,500)

We are looking for an experienced Injection Mould Supervisor to lead our clients night shift operations within the Plastics department. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone with strong injection moulding knowledge who is experienced in overseeing production, supporting operators, monitoring performance, and ensuring the shift runs safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

As the Injection Mould Supervisor, you will:

• Supervising the night shift production team to ensure production targets, quality standards and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.
• Monitoring production performance and escalating machine, tooling or process issues to minimise downtime and maintain efficiency.
• Supporting, coaching and training operators on machine settings, production processes and quality expectations.
• Carrying out routine production checks and ensuring all quality records, shift handovers and production paperwork are completed accurately.
• Promoting a positive, organised and safety-focused working environment across the department.
