Long Stratton, Norfolk

£13.00 per hour | Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 16:30

Select Recruitment Specialists is recruiting on behalf of our client in Long Stratton for a Production & Assembly Operative to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and wants to build a long-term career within a modern production environment.

The Role

Working as part of a skilled production team, you'll be involved in preparing and assembling specialist interior components using a range of hand and power tools. You'll work from job specifications, accurately measure and cut materials, and help ensure every product is completed to a high standard before moving to the next stage of production.

What You'll Be Doing

Measuring, cutting and fitting materials to specification.
Using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Reading job instructions and basic technical drawings.
Carrying out quality checks on completed work.
Recording production progress accurately.
Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe.
Working closely with colleagues to meet production deadlines.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly or production.
Confidence using hand-held power tools.
Good attention to detail and a practical approach to work.
Ability to follow instructions and work from measurements.
A reliable, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Good understanding of workplace health and safety.
What's on Offer

£13.00 per hour.
Monday to Friday working pattern – no weekend shifts.
40 hours per week (08:00–16:30).
