Deburrer

Every edge, thread and cross hole you finish as a Deburrer goes into high-specification components where quality really counts.
You'll take CNC milled and turned parts and bring them to a clean, precise final standard.
This is a skilled hand-finishing role for someone who takes real pride in the detail.

• Deburring external surfaces and edges on CNC milled prismatic and CNC turned components
• Deburring internal cross drillings and internal and external threads
• Using hand tools and air tools to meet customer drawing specifications
• Working across a range of materials to consistently high quality standards
• Carrying out final part marking

• Proven experience deburring CNC milled and turned machined parts (essential)
• Experience in a machine shop or precision engineering environment
• Confident using hand tools and air tools to drawing specifications
• An understanding of different materials and how they finish
• A high level of attention to detail and final product quality
