KT & Coe are pleased to be working with a fast-growing, forward-thinking organisation. Who are seeking a talented and motivated Paid Ad Specialist to join the marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making, creative collaboration, and performance-led campaigns.
You will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. Working closely with the wider marketing and creative teams, you’ll help strengthen brand presence, drive customer growth, and identify new opportunities through innovative advertising strategies.
Job Purpose
This role will oversee paid advertising activity across key digital channels, with a strong focus on Meta platforms alongside others such as Google and Tik Tok. You will play a pivotal role in driving acquisition and retention by delivering effective, insight-led campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Experience
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing Facebook (or similar) paid advertising campaigns
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Tik Tok
* Monitor and analyse KPIs including click-through rates and conversions
* Align campaign strategies with cost-per-acquisition (CPA) targets
* Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad copy and visuals
* Build performance reports and dashboards, providing insights and recommendations
* Stay up to date with platform updates, tools, and best practices
Key Skills & Attributes
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven experience in paid media management
* Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and similar platforms
* Experience using marketing tools such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and MS Office
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret multiple data sets
* Creative mindset with a strategic approach
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
* Strong organisational skills
