• Leadership & Service Delivery:
  Working with the Board of Trustees to set and achieve organisational objectives, focusing on preventing homelessness and delivering successful & safe support ensuring compliance with all policies.
• Financial & Operational Management:
  Managing budgets, ensuring the long-term future of the charity.
• Partnership:
  Developing productive, collaborative relationships with partners.
• Housing & Compliance:
  Ensure all properties meet all safety & HMO requirements.

• Leadership
  
  Experience:
  
  Experience of managing a team and volunteers ideally in supported housing, homelessness, or working with prison leavers.
• Empowerment & change:
  The ability to empower people to make positive changes, showing empathy whilst maintaining professional boundaries
• Finance:
  Experience of managing budgets, fundraising and identifying opportunities to maximise income.

• Preventing homelessness and a return to offending
• Deliver good quality, effective support to residents
• Team leadership, management and development
• Supporting charity governance

The successful candidate will require an enhanced DBS check to be undertaken.
