The Magdalene Group is seeking a Women’s Services Senior Practitioner - Outreach to provide vital outreach support for women experiencing homelessness, including hidden homelessness and rough sleeping, helping them access housing.
The post-holder will work within the Doorway Women's Service and Pathways initiative, building trusted relationships with women who have suffered sexual violence, domestic abuse, and exploitation, coordinating with partner agencies to address complex needs and routes
