P3 Charity is seeking a Street Outreach Worker to support people facing homelessness, mental health challenges, and other disadvantages. The role involves office-based coordination with regular travel, and an outreach shift weekly from 05:00 to 13:00 as part of a 37.5-hour week (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00).
