- Registered Nurse qualification (
RGN or RMN
) with active NMC registration
. - Strong clinical background with confident decision-making skills.
- A caring, professional, approachable personality committed to high‑quality care.
- Previous experience in a nursing home environment.
- Deliver safe, effective, compassionate nursing care to residents with a range of needs.
- Use strong clinical judgement to respond to changing health conditions.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Promote dignity, wellbeing, and a positive, supportive environment for residents.
- Uphold regulatory requirements and contribute to best practice across the home.
