Practice nurses support the delivery of routine care and long-term condition management across GP practices and Enhanced Access services.
What you’ll be doing- Supporting chronic disease management
- Carrying out clinical procedures such as dressings, injections and phlebotomy
- Working as part of a clinical team
- In-hours shifts (£21 per hour)
- Out-of-hours shifts (£26 per hour)
- Flexible working and choice of shifts
- Opportunity to work across multiple practices
- NMC registration
- Minimum 1 year GP practice experience
- Experience using Systm One and/or EMIS
- Competence in core nursing skills
