Job Introduction

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse Band 5 looking to make a genuine difference in a supportive and friendly setting?

The Unit Provides Sub Acute Care, Rehabilitation and End of Life care for the residents of Wiltshire. This is an innovative unit with an integrated multi-disciplinary team.

Clinical leadership is provided by a team of Consultant Nurses across the organisation, supporting the Clinical team of Doctors, ACPs, Therapists, Nurses, Support workers and Health Care Assistants, ensuring individual holistic care for the people we care for as well as support for their carers and families.

Ward Leadership is provided by the Ward Manager who has a strong belief in Compassionate Leadership. Supporting and Nurturing Staff to reach their full potential.

We provide the training, support and professional development you need to become a confident, competent Registered Nurse, delivering high standards of care within a Unit that you can be proud of.

Savernake Ward provides 24 hour care, 7 days a week to our patients so the ideal candidate will be able to work a variety of shifts. We are open to conversations around flexible working patterns if this is required.

Main Responsibilities
