University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust in Poole is recruiting Band 5 Nurses for the acute OPAT service (Hospital at Home/Virtual Ward). The role is part-time, 18.75 hours per week, with shifts of 7.5 hours across weeks.
The posts require an active UK NMC Registration, a valid driving license and access to a vehicle. You will work across acute sites, delivering intravenous antimicrobials and carrying out patient observations and assessments within a patient-centred care approach.
