This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Practice Nurse looking to join a supportive primary care team, with a competitive rate of up to £28 per hour depending on experience.

The successful Practice Nurse will ideally have experience across a broad range of primary care duties, including:

• Chronical disease management
• Health checks
• Immunisations and vaccinations
• Cervical screening
• Wound care
• Treatment room duties
• Patient assessments
• Supporting the wider clinical team

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Practice Nurse with strong primary care experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
