Are you a quality-driven professional with a strong engineering foundation and a passion for building robust systems that make operations safer, smarter, and more consistent? We are looking for a Quality, Health & Safety Manager who will take ownership of the QHSE strategy and lead the charge in elevating standards across the business.
Your new role
You will lead all quality and health & safety strategy for the site, with a supporting team of QA's, QC's and an experienced HSE Co-ordinator.

• Quality Strategy
  - Develop, implement, and continuously refine our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and customer expectations.
• Process Improvement
  - Drive root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and long-term preventive measures across engineering and production.
• Health & Safety Oversight
  - Maintain a safe working environment through audits, risk assessments, and proactive safety initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Leadership
  - Partner with engineering, operations, and senior leadership to embed quality into every stage of the product life cycle.
• Compliance & Auditing
  - Lead internal audits, manage external certification bodies, and ensure documentation is always audit-ready.
