• Manage a portfolio of residential blocks/units across Norfolk and Suffolk
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues identified
• Interpret leases and proactively resolve potential issues
• Ensure properties are compliant with all relevant legislation and standards
• Oversee service charge budgets
• Manage contractor relationships and ensure high‑quality service delivery
• Attend AGMs, directors’ meetings and other client‑focused events
• Maintain accurate property data and provide thorough reporting

• £40,000 salary
• Flexible hybrid working (8‑5 Monday to Friday, flexible hours)

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Block/Property Manager
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage your own portfolio and work independently
• Full UK driver’s licence
