Rural Surveyor - Norwich
A leading property consultancy is looking for a Rural Surveyor to join their established team in Norwich. This is a great opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of estates and agricultural clients in Norfolk and the wider region.
What you'll be doing- Estate and farm management
- Landlord & tenant work (including rent reviews)
- Rural valuations
- Diversification and strategic estate advice
- Professional services and client relationship management
- Supporting rural agency where needed
- MRICS
- Experience in rural surveying, estate management or agricultural consultancy
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Organised, proactive and confident managing a varied workload
- CAAV membership is a bonus
