Lettings property manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Norwich for a Lettings Property Manager. Responsibilities include managing rental properties, liaising with landlords and tenants, coordinating property maintenance, conducting property inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role also involves handling rental agreements, managing tenant queries, and ensuring high levels of customer service and smooth tenancy processes.

• Strong property management skills, including handling rental agreements and coordinating leases
• Experience in tenant relations, including managing queries and maintaining positive communication
• Knowledge of compliance regulations related to tenancy and property management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency with property management software and technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Local knowledge of Norwich and surrounding areas is an advantage
• Prior experience in the property or real estate sector preferred but not required
• UK driving license is desirable

Salary dependent on experience. Mon to friday 8:30am to 5.30pm. Use of own carr essential.
