In this position, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, including retail, industrial, and office spaces across Norfolk and North Suffolk
. You’ll work closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure properties are well-maintained, while maximising value for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing property portfolios
• Coordinating major works, maintenance, and health & safety compliance.
• Overseeing service charge budgets
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Collaborating with Property Management on property strategies and financial management.

• Experience in Residential or
  Commercial Property Management
  .
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Confidence in client interactions and enquiry management.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.

• Up to c £40k based on experience.
• Performance-related bonus.
• 22 days holiday increasing up to 27 with length of service.
