We're recruiting for a Sales Valuer to join a successful and growing independent estate agency covering the Great Yarmouth area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property professional with a proven track record in valuations, listing properties, and generating new business, looking to maximise their earning potential and play a key role in the continued growth of a respected local agency.

As a Sales Valuer, you will:

• Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate property valuations
• Generate new business through proactive business development and networking
• Win instructions and secure new property listings
• Build strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients
• Develop your knowledge of the local property market and competitor activity
• Increase market share through targeted business generation
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the valuation and listing process
• Work closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities and conversions
• Maintain accurate records and complete all associated administration
• Represent the business professionally within the local community

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property listing or valuations
• Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business
• Strong knowledge of the local property market, or the ability to develop this quickly
• Highly motivated, commercially minded, and target-driven
• Professional and confident manner
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong relationship-building abilities
• Organised with excellent attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

• Basic salary from £25,000, depending on experience
• £45,000 OTE
