-City Centre Location
Monday-Friday 7am-3pm | Occasional evenings

Responsibilities- Prepare and cook dishes to schools standards
- Cook and prepare food at high volume to an exceptional standard
- Support special events and functions
- Maintain food safety standards
- Proven Chef de Partie experience
- Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
- Team player who works well under pressure
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility for occasional evening events
