Junior Sous Chef - Norwich

As one of our Junior Sous Chefs, you could earn in the region 40,000 per year:
- Base Salary: Up to 33,000 per year depending on experience
- Tronc: Estimated between 6.5k - 8.5k per annum
- Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre‑approval required

You must have experience in cooking and preparing from fresh in high volumes, and be very organised. You must be able to motivate and lead a kitchen brigade in the Head Chefs absence. You will be able to communicate with all other team members up and down the ladder and cement a strong FOH & BOH relationship.
