You are the heartbeat of the restaurant’s success. Leading by example, you’ll oversee daily operations with precision—from managing stock and controlling costs to mentoring your team. What You’ll Bring :- Proven Leadership:Solid experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a fast-paced environment.
- Operational Mastery:Expert knowledge of kitchen finance (P&L, stock, waste) and safety/HACCP compliance.
