The Newt in Somerset’s Botanical Rooms is hiring a waiter/waitress to deliver refined service in a luxury dining setting at Hadspen House. You will manage 5–8 tables, perform mise-en-place, and accompany guests through food, wine, and beverages with knowledge of menus and provenance.
Driving license recommended; 40 hours over 5 days including evenings and weekends, with access to gym, spa, and staff discounts as part of a supportive estate team.
