Overview

Deichmann Shoes have an exciting opportunity to join our growing business – working as a Store Manager for our store in Norwich. This is a full time, permanent position and you must be fully flexible to work across the week. The salary is £35,500 per annum, plus potential annual bonuses and monthly sales commission. This role is with an international retail brand and offers an exciting opportunity for a successful and ambitious Store Manager to drive performance.

Working as a Store Manager, you will have the right mix of managerial and technical aptitudes to lead a fast paced, high volume retail store and deliver exceptional customer service. Previous experience as a Store Manager in a similar environment is required.

• Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead by example in promoting and upselling products.
• Draft rotas in line with payroll budgets.
• Analyse sales figures and reports.
• Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained (merchandising, administration).
• Work to targets and hit company KPI’s.
• Assist with the recruitment and development of the team.

• A hands-on leader with experience in retail or a related industry sector.
• A positive and flexible approach with a can-do attitude.
• The ability to work under pressure in a demanding, fast paced environment.
• The confidence and ability to motivate, coach and inspire the team.
• Methodical and organised with a structured approach to work.
• Be fully flexible across the week.
