Job Description

We are looking for Merchandisers in the Norwich area. Approx 4‑6 hours per week (likely to increase during busy periods). Pay: £15.07 per hour, PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training. Flexible working across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days – Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Location:

Norwich, United Kingdom, NR2. Territory covers stores within 10 miles of Norwich.

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits and set up point‑of‑sale (POS) materials.
• Navigate fixtures such as gondolas, bays and shelving.
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Ensure maximum stock is displayed to drive sales and keep displays attractive.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays to make them eye‑catching and easy for customers to find.
• Negotiate extra display space where possible to boost sales.
• Move and lift stock as required.
• Use a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app, including sending clear photos and useful feedback.

• Experience in retail or merchandising, preferably with stores such as Boots, department stores or premium beauty chains.
• Availability Monday to Sunday, with fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
• Reliable, adaptable and capable of working independently.
• Comfortable speaking with store staff and building good in‑store relationships.
• Use of personal car to transport promotional materials or small displays.
• Use of a phone or tablet for reporting on the app.
• Prudence and pride in work quality.
