The Assistant Store Manager supports and, when required, steps into the Store Manager’s shoes to ensure the store delivers a unique and engaging shopping experience. You will drive sales performance, manage operational standards and efficiencies, support marketing initiatives, and maintain high customer‑service standards.

• Support and step into the Store Manager’s shoes when necessary.
• Drive the commercial performance of the store by creating a distinctive shopping experience.
• Manage store operations, set up and maintain exceptional operational standards, and implement efficiencies to boost profitability.
• Set and monitor KPIs, targets, and team performance.
• Support the Store Manager in implementing marketing and brand initiatives.

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Demonstrated ability to work to KPIs and targets with a strong customer‑service focus.
