• Provide remarkable service to ensure customers feel truly valued every time they shop.
• Excel in a high‑pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused when the store is at its busiest.
• Go above and beyond to serve, sell, fill, and help drive growth in sales.
• Utilise digital tools such as Sparks and in‑store devices to enhance the customer experience and ensure they get the products they want when they need them.
• Work as a team player, contributing to a positive, high‑energy environment where everyone supports each other to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Adapt to a variety of store areas and changing demands, as no two shifts will look the same.
