Picker; Temp

We expect you to ensure our customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while working in a number of areas of the store. The job varies daily, from filling shelves and serving on the tills to stocking and picking deliveries.

• Accurately pick and dispatch goods using a handheld terminal, notifying management of discrepancies.
• Check product quality, shelf life, and ensure packaging is robust for delivery.
• Provide a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting target times.
• Maintain polite and professional interactions with delivery staff, responding to queries and complaints and escalating complex issues.

• Can‑do attitude, passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile.
• Comfortable working to meet designated pick rates.
• Punctual, properly presented, and reliable.

We can only accept candidates over the age of 18 if the role requires working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm or involves working in areas such as the warehouse, beer, wine & spirits, and driving roles.
